We live in a 3 bed semi-detached house in Groby. We have a good sized, comfy lounge area with lots of space to play.

Baskets with lots of toys are always set up in this area. Large drawers under the coffee table hide a variety of exiting things such as art and craft materials, card matching and threading games. This room is mainly used as our quiet room where children can sit back and relax if they wish.

 

Just off the Lounge is our conservatory/play room which has our play kitchen, train track, toy cars and many other toys and activities to play with. This room also has a large selection of jigssaws, board games and dressing up.

 

To one side are a separate kitchen and storage garage.

To the rear we have an fully enclosed garden with a plenty of outside equipment and small sandpit, we also have a small vegetable patch which we hope will encourage the children to want to grow tasty things for our tea!.

Our garden also houses the other remaining member of our family - Matilda the rabbit, She is very friendly and loveable and we are sure she will enjoy all of the extra attention.
